If the password is not remembered or has expired, the student should do the following:

1.This can be done via the alternative email address found in the student's data at the following link (https://regapp.ju.edu.jo/regapp/​l​).

2. This can be done via the phone number found in the student's data on the following link (https://adresetpw.ju.edu.jo).​


The phone number is installed by accessing the Office365 platform through the following link (https://login.microsoftonline.com​) and following the procedures requested by the platform, where a message appears asking the user for more information as shown in the image below:

Be sure to enter the phone number into the Office 365 platform by accessing the platform through the following link (https://login.microsoftonline.com​) using the same username (e.g. stu123456@ju.edu.jo) and password with which the student enters the registration system, and the Microsoft Teams application can be downloaded from various application stores (e.g. Play Store on smartphones).

The IT Centre will amend the students' names as they are in the civil status card after completing the registration of new students.

​In this case, the student should contact the course instructor who can add the student to the classroom on the Microsoft Teams platform.


The student can communicate with the teacher of the course through e-mail, which can be obtained from the faculty members' website of the college to which the teacher belongs, and the student can send a message to the teacher of the course through the Microsoft Teams platform through the Chat feature after searching for the teacher by his e-mail, and if it is not possible to communicate with the teacher of the course, the head of the department in which this course is taught to secure communication with the faculty member.


All applications, software and services can be accessed using the same username and password with which the student can access the registration system, and these services can be browsed via the following link:
