​Since it has inception by a Royal Decree in (1976), the Information Technology  Center embarked on a journey of excellence that required a lot of work and much dedication to achieve trends, visions and goals which are set according to the institutional labor standards.
 
The university administration, supported the Center by providing technical and financial assistance and through constant training offered
 to the Center’s staff. The Center is also making use of its qualified and professional team of employees to achieve its goals.
 
The center’s focal attention is to support and supplement the teaching process at the university with the necessary Software programs
 and electronic equipment, as well as to enhance the online services and the continuous provision of computer services on the computer
 network like student registration through the Internet and through cellular phones and numerous Portal services.
 
The Information Technology Center is proudly contributing to the preparation and qualification of competencies
 and transfer of expertise to the community.
